We aim to respond the same business day, but response times and uptime are targets, not guarantees. No plan carries a service level agreement.
Visible attribution is required wherever results are delivered to an organization or to anyone other than you - in a product, in a marketing or demonstration capacity, or under a contractual agreement. See Attribution in the Terms and the form specified in the API docs; the right to remove it is available only by negotiation.
